Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, if applicable. The item should have been purchased from Sassy Class Boutique, LLC pop up event or our website.
To start a return, email us at sassyclassboutiquenc@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 12462 Raleigh Rd, Benson, NC 27504.
If your return is accepted, customers will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to Sassy Class Boutique. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Sassy Class Boutique, LLC does not offer refunds. Items approved for return can be exchanged or a store credit will be given.
